BY USING OUR SERVICE, YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

1. Payments must be made in advance before the lesson.
2. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required if you wish to cancel a lesson. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, you may be charged for the missed lesson.
3. The instructor is not responsible for lesson cancellations due to mechanical breakdown, but will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
4. The instructor reserves the right to withdraw the car for use in a driving test. A week’s notice will be provided, unless you have booked the test with less than a week’s notice.
5. The instructor follows an equal opportunity policy and does not discriminate based on race, colour, creed, gender, sexual orientation, or any other factor.
6. Block bookings must be used within 1 year from the initial payment; otherwise, the remaining lessons may be forfeited.
